Frequently Asked Questions
You can easily place an order by selecting your favorite saree or t-shirt, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Once payment is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) may also be available on selected orders.
Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Yes 😊 You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above a certain amount (e.g., ₹999 – you can set your rule). For orders below that, a small standard shipping fee may apply.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use that link to check the live status of your order.
